The pulping process only uses caustic soda, instead of any other harmful chemical additives. Its pulping fibers meet the requirements of producing food-grade tissue (FDA). The pulping process takes 4 hours by stewing from putting bamboo into a pot. The maximum temperature during the process is about 160℃.
